These Terms & Conditions apply to the BigWinLive platform (https://bigwinlive.best) and all associated services. BigWinLive is an online entertainment and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

BigWinLive's services are for personal, non-commercial use only. Using, reproducing, or reselling any part of the platform for commercial purposes on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

To open an account on BigWinLive, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age — no exceptions.
• An active Bangladeshi mobile number is required for registration.
• Each person may operate only one account — multiple accounts under the same individual or the same national ID are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. BigWinLive reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened using false details.
• The account must be registered in the account holder's own name — opening an account under someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

BigWinLive may request identity verification (KYC) at any time after registration. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or birth registration certificate. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

BigWinLive currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. BigWinLive reserves the right to change available payment methods — any such changes will be announced on the platform in advance.

Funds deposited at BigWinLive do not earn any interest or returns. Withdrawal requests may require additional verification in certain cases — particularly for larger amounts. If a transaction fails due to a payment gateway issue, the amount will be returned to the original source within 3–5 business days.

All betting activity on BigWinLive is governed by this section. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled — unless the match or event itself is cancelled.

• Odds Change: The odds at the time a bet is placed are final — any subsequent changes do not apply.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is fully cancelled, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• Live Betting: If a live bet is affected by a disconnection during a match, the last odds recorded by the system at the time of disconnection will apply.
• Result Dispute: In the event of any dispute over a result, BigWinLive will defer to the information provided by the official sports governing body.
• System Error: BigWinLive reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

BigWinLive reserves the right to set maximum bet limits. Standard accounts are subject to a maximum of ৳10,000 per bet — VIP members have separate limits based on their tier.

BigWinLive offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own specific terms, which are listed alongside the offer itself. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x) must be met first.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only — each member is entitled to one welcome bonus.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address will be automatically detected and cancelled by the system.
• BigWinLive reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the fairness and security of the BigWinLive platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse — such as manipulating wagering requirements
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Money laundering or channelling illegal funds through the platform
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorised access
• Using another member's account or accessing it without authorisation
• Impersonating a BigWinLive official to deceive other members
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or scripts

If any of these violations is proven, BigWinLive reserves the right to permanently close the account in question, forfeit its entire balance, and pursue legal action where necessary.

BigWinLive may suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Common grounds include: breach of terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete KYC, or a voluntary self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

Members may also request a temporary or permanent account closure at any time. In the case of permanent closure, any remaining balance will be paid out after verification.

To appeal an account closure, email support@bigwinlive.best within 14 days of the decision with full details of your case. BigWinLive will complete its review and respond within 21 business days.

BigWinLive stores members' personal information with the highest level of security. Your name, mobile number, payment details, and betting history are never sold or shared with third parties.

BigWinLive will never call or email you to ask for your password, OTP, or payment PIN. Anyone requesting this information is attempting fraud — contact support immediately.

BigWinLive is not liable for any financial losses arising from members' betting decisions. Betting carries inherent risk, and each member participates entirely at their own responsibility.

BigWinLive is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash or Nagad. Any disruption to betting or gameplay resulting from internet connectivity or device issues is the member's own responsibility.

BigWinLive reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or SMS at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may request closure of your account.
